We will ship your purchase to you when we receive your Money Order. Sales Tax There will be a 7% sales tax charge for New Jersey Residents only. Shipping Our system automatically calculates shipping cost at the time of checkout according to your state and zip code. We ship all items UPS Ground. UPS Ground does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii via Fed Ex Ground. We will email you your shipping rate before charging your credit card. If you live outside the United States, please contact us via email and we will provide you with shipping rates. Items will usually ship within 2-3 business days from the time that your order is placed. Shipping is free of charge on all cages. Any shipping charges that show up during the check out process will be reversed before the charge is processed. Any shipping charges that appear during promotional sales will be adjusted accordingly prior to processing your order. Returns: Colored and plastic parts may vary from time to time. If for any reason your order is received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging in order for us to send a call tag and have it picked up. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns. As you are well aware, birds can transmit diseases and sickness to one another. We would never take the chance of making your bird or any other bird sick by using any items that may have been compromised. Please Note: We treat all our playgyms and toys as if we were making them for our own flock and we take this very seriously. Therefore, we have taken every precaution in safety for your birds. Please realize that all birds will play differently and we cannot be held responsible for any injury or accident as a result of playing with our playgyms or toys. In order to keep a safe environment for your bird(s), supervise your bird(s) when introducing any new playgym or toys and remove any toys, toy parts or perch parts that are worn or damaged. |
