There will be a 7% sales tax charge for New Jersey Residents only.

For health reasons, we cannot accept returns. As you are well aware, birds can transmit diseases and sickness to one another. We would never take the chance of making your bird or any other bird sick by using any items that may have been compromised.

If for any reason your order is received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. Keep all original packaging in order for us to send a call tag and have it picked up.

Please note that colored and plastic parts may vary from time to time depending on availability.

 

Cage & Other Non-FunTime Birdy Products (Drop Shipped by Original Manufacturer) Return Policy:

Any cage or other Non-FunTime Birdy products returned because of damage, the customer must supply pictures of damaged items. Cage or other Non-FunTime products must be returned in original packing. All cages and Non-FunTime products that are damaged will be inspected upon return for actual damage.

If no actual damage is found upon inspection there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be applied for original shipping to customer. Any refund that is due customer will be refunded only after cage or Non-FunTime product is received and damage is verified.

All shipping charges back to Manufacturer is the customers responsibility.

If a Non-FunTime Birdy Product is returned back to the original manufacturer all items must be returned in the original packaging. Manufacturer of Non-FunTime Birdy Products will inspect all items returned for any missing or damaged parts. Any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from amount due back to customer.

We ship all items UPS Ground or by USPS Priority Mail.

Standard shipping is $9.99. Orders $350+ ship free.

Orders $99+ ship FREE with code FTBSHIP at checkout.

Shipping is free of charge on all cages.

Standard Shipping Rates do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii please email us so we can get the correct shipping rate for your area.

Orders ship out within 3 to 4 business days.
