Getting your feathered friend to eat healthy foods can be a very daunting task. Our Cockatoo Marshmellow enjoys her pellets like
Caitec's Oven Fresh Pellets and
Harrison's Bird pellets but eating healthy vegetables and fruits....she is as picky as they come.
All I can say is that it takes time and patience......it worked with Marshemllow. She now enjoys her vegetables and fruits as much as her standard pelleted diet. Persistence was the key.
