Many fruits and vegetables like carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, red peppers, kale, apricots, mangoes and broccoli are all high in Beta-Carotene and great foods for your birdies.

Our Grey “Jerry” and our Amazon “Kiwi” just love sweet potatoes mixed in with some pineapple and always have to get their beaks “wiped” after eating that tasty meal.
